About Nourish 512

Registered Nurse · CrossFit Level 1 Coach · Nutrition Coach

Nourish 512 is an Austin, Texas nutrition and habit coaching practice built around one idea: real change comes from sustainable habits, not from a 6-week diet or a list of foods to fear. We help regular people eat better, move more, sleep deeper, and manage stress - without making their whole life about a program.

Who it's for. Nourish 512 is for busy adults in Austin and beyond who want to feel better, perform better, and build a body and mindset that hold up for decades. Whether you're new to nutrition, coming back after years off, or an experienced athlete stuck in a rut, coaching is shaped around your actual routine - not a generic template.

What we work on. Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and the everyday habits that tie them together. The focus is consistency over perfection: a few small habits, repeated, beat short bursts of intensity every time.

Who builds it. Devin Goff is a Registered Nurse with several years of experience in critical care and emergency nursing, a CrossFit Level 1 coach, and a nutrition coach who has been on both sides of the coaching relationship. That mix - healthcare, fitness, and firsthand experience - is what shapes Nourish 512's approach.

I'm Devin, an RN with several years of experience, including critical care and emergency nursing. I'm also a CrossFit Level 1 coach with several years of nutrition coaching under my belt.

I've been a nutrition coaching client myself, so I get both sides of the relationship. My coaching comes from healthcare, fitness, nutrition, and the very real experience of trying to stay healthy while life is busy.

Nourish 512 isn't about being perfect. It's about building habits you can actually live with - and a mindset that lasts longer than a 6-week program.

Consistency over perfection

Small habits, repeated, beat short bursts of intensity every time.

Sustainable nutrition

Food that works with your life, not against it. No weird rules or fear lists.

Healthy relationship with food

No guilt trips. Just a calmer, smarter way to eat and enjoy it.

Habit building & accountability

Real check-ins and real support so the habits actually stick.

Movement, sleep & stress

The other 23 hours matter as much as what's on your plate.

Longevity & preventative health
